Mühlebach AG, located in Schwarzenberg CH, has been working in mobile gravel processing for what will soon be 40 years and can rightly refer to itself as one of the pioneers in this field of business as a result. The fleet of machines has also grown alongside the number of loyal and regular customers and has been adapted again and again over the years to meet increasing customer needs and new requirements.
Specialities include for example the combined systems modified by Mühlebach AG which feature horizontally mounted screens and in some cases integrated wind sifter to remove light foreign materials. A high-performance RM100 crusher was added to the machine fleet in 2012 for jobs on sites which are difficult to access or places where space is tight and for small amounts. With the new addition of the RM V550GO! the fleet has now been extended to twelve crushers in total to meet the growing demand for crushed sand and gravel with a high-performance, mobile crusher. It is clear to see that the Mühlebach family is always on the ball together with their loyal and motivated employees and pleased to share their knowledge and expertise also with new customers.

The RM V550GO! merges the technology of a cone crusher and vertical shaft impactor. Combined with the benefits of the RM GO! principle, it is a compact mobile sand and grit mill. The crushing technology produces an unsurpassed reduction ratio, even with hard rock.
The RM 100GO! is a high-performance mobile crusher for high volume producers. It excels in recycling as well as hard-rock applications. Weighing only 75,000 lbs. it crushes up to 275 TPH with an extremely fuel efficient diesel-electric drive.

Crushing at a high output and low wear, and that in every possible and impossible location, is not an issue for RM crushers. Quartz gravel, granite and riverbed gravel are not easy to process because high levels of quartz cause high wear. Building roads to connect to eastern Mexico was difficult because of the problematic terrain. It was necessary to prepare materials on site because of the remote locations of the construction sites. The RM70 GO! is ideal for challenges like this. Its manoeuvrability make it a perfect machine.
River gravel is processed on a regular basis at this gravel pit. An excavator is used to feed in the round material which always has to be screened into three fractions. The TS3600 produces several defined material sizes from round material and separates sand, gravel and grit. Output was up to 200 t/h.
The optimised impact arm geometry and RM crusher technology fine-tuned to each application ensures not only high outputs with hard stone, but also the highest quality final grain. At the same time, the wear costs remain low, even when processing granite, basalt or other hard rock.
