9 Steps For A Successful Crusher Rental

Let’s make this simple. You’ve already decided you need a crusher to process your material. Follow 9 simple steps for a good crusher rental experience.

Ask an Expert

Your local crusher expert knows his equipment inside out. Make sure to bring him out to the pile to inspect the material at hand and discuss all your applications thoroughly.

Select The Right Crusher

If you can't use your crushed material you haven't achieved anything. Make sure you find a solution that fits your production and material quality needs.

Prep First, Crusher Second

Material prep and material management are as important as crushing. Make sure the material is sized and organized before the crusher arrives.

Allow Time for Training

The crusher is at the job and unloaded. Allow your designated operator to be trained by our crushing expert and allow some time to get used to the machine.

Use One Operator

You can't load a crusher like a dump truck. A trained operator understands how far he can push the crusher. Untrained operators may cause downtime and damage to the machine.

Keep Up With Dailies

Allow 45 min every morning to walk-around and clean the machine, make sure it is level and inspect the crusher box and wear.

Consider Logistics

Unlike RUBBLE MASTER many crushers require special permits, multiple loads and hours to assemble on-site.

Dust suppression system

Mind Your Environment

Use the crusher's dust suppression system when your material is dry and dusty.

Use The Right Shovel

A crusher is best fed with an excavator because you will have less problems and achieve higher tonnages.

Your Responsibility

You can pick-up the crusher or RUBBLE MASTER can arrange the transport. The crusher needs to be returned pressure washed.

Wear Components

Wear components such as hammers and wear plates need paid depending on usage. Wear is charged on top of the rental rate.

Daily Maintenance

You are responsible for checking wear progress and fluid levels frequently.
