RM sets standards in compact crushing and screening. In 2008 RUBBLE MASTER revolutionised the crusher market with the intuitive RM GO! principle that stands for simplicity and intuitive operation as well as a reduction in service processes and running costs. We have since grown to become that RM Group, and are now developing the product philosophy further to evolve the RM GO! principle into a component of the RM NEXT philosophy. All future products in the crushing and screening sectors will be developed within the framework of the RM NEXT philosophy.
In addition to simplicity, the focus is on enhanced operator safety and optimised material throughput. Further focus is on the optimisation of processing lines involving multiple machines. Intensive work is currently underway to network RM machines that work together. This will mean that the throughput of the screen can be adjusted in future to match the utilisation of the crusher. Machines downstream from the crusher can also stop automatically if the crusher is currently not processing any material. These optimisations are designed to increase efficiency and save running costs.

That is why we once again set industry standards as the only company in this sector to offer a 5-year warranty on every RM 120X purchased. Purchasing an RM machine is the start of a strong business relationship. That is why we carry out regular service inspections. Application-specific configurations can then be tested directly with the service technician, with value of the machine increased thanks to the annual service while reducing downtimes.
Customers have been relying on the simplicity and user-friendliness of the RM GO! principle for many years. This is also an important part of RM NEXT and all future innovations will continue to follow this principle. RM development has managed to integrate the additional features, equipment options and configurations that were developed based on customer requirements. Despite these expansions, operating the machine remains as simple as usual with just a few buttons.
RM meets the highest safety standards from the very beginning and has always been a pioneer in providing additional safety features such as the double curtain separating the crushing box from the vibro-channel. With RM NEXT and the comprehensive operator-machine interface, consisting of RM GO! SMART, a remote control unit, the performance indicator and the RM Operations Assist, the operator no longer has to enter the danger zone while operating the machine and can see both the status and current utilisation of the crusher from the excavator cab.
The optimal utilisation of RM machines combined with job-specific equipment options and real-time analysis optimises material throughput, reduces running costs and as a result increases turnover. Optimisation starts with the machine configuration, which is why 6 main application cases have been developed with the necessary equipment options. In addition, the performance indicator on the machine and the RM GO! SMART can be used to immediately detect and implement any potential for improvement. Additional optimisation is achieved by coordinating the downstream machines.
