We have a fantastic opportunity for individuals to join RUBBLE MASTER Dungannon as Engineering Apprentices. These individuals will have to be willing and enthusiastic about learning & developing new skills and technical knowledge, learning on the job, and gaining valuable experience, all whilst earning a wage and studying towards a nationally recognised qualification in conjunction with South West College.
What you will be doing
As an RM Apprentice, you will be required to carry out off-the-job training which will include attending SWC at allocated times throughout the year and receiving site visits from college assessors to complete the relevant course for your role.
You will also carry out daily ‘on the job training’ whilst completing your day-to-day role. You will get experience in the use of our manufacturing machines that are used within the quarrying and recycling industry, and you will learn a variety of engineering techniques, including all aspects of:
- Engineering
- Manufacturing
- Business Improvement
- Quality
- Electrical
Entry Requirements
- 6 GCSEs at Grade C and above including Maths & English & Science Technology
- Eager to learn and develop

- Dedicated & Punctual
Duration – 36 months
