Active Wear Cost Management- AWM

To reduce running costs during operation users indicate their machine parameters and applications in a questionnaire. The RM team of experts at HMH assesses optimization and prepares suggestions in defined stages - beginning with measures that can be implemented immediately without cost for higher throughput and lower wear, through to recommending efficient add-ons:

  • Optimising the feed cycle and matching the crusher settings to the properties of the feed material and desired final grain
  • Selecting appropriate crusher hammers and impact plates
  • Implementing a mobile oversize grain separator for defined final grain while reducing wear on crusher
