The compact twin-deck final screen
RUBBLE MASTER CS series screens are compact linear oscillation screens that can be transported like containers. They are flexible as far as feed material is concerned an sort crushed material such as building rubble and natural rock very efficiently. Power is supplied from the crusher generator - a huge advantage at more remote sites.
The CS3600/2 twin deck screen is perfectly matched to the powerful RM70 and RM80 crushers. Its throughput capacity is optimised according to the angle of the screen, mesh gap and the type of material to be processed. Even at high throughputs the CS3600/2 impresses with its reliable grading ability and low maintenance requirement thanks to self-cleaning screen decks.
The three conveyor belts achieve impressive discharge heights as well. The screened material belt is safely integrated into the framework and is folded away hydraulically prior to transport. The CS3600/2 can be transported to job sites using a truck equipped with a drag-on winch.
