Official opening of new location in Linz Südpark
”The visitors were greeted by the modern building constructed from steel, concrete and glass. The letters HMH are clearly visible on top of the RUBBLE MASTER logo on the neighbouring workshop building. No frills – just functional components with straightforward architecture.
The whole building reflects the organisation within HMH
The building mirrors the key philosophies behind the RUBBLE MASTER organisation: transparency, openness and innovation. Building this structure has lead to new discoveries and promotes a high degree of satisfaction for the people who work here. Gianni Cariola has successfully managed to design a building that is tailor-made for HMH and the needs of a modern organisation. The transparency and high quality of the building takes all communication factors into consideration with the optimum arrangement of open and closed spaces. Here, our visitors immediately feel they know their way around – and how our organisation functions. The new HMH headquarters is a contact point, a forum for international partners, customers and suppliers. A special features is our welcome service which is always available to international guests for both formal and relaxed receptions.
A highlight of the new headquarters is the 1,000 m² manufacturing hall
with a 25 tonne crane for final assembly, which is also laid out based on the latest organisation plan. Here, the cost optimisation aspects are clearly reflected in the production figures: thanks to the latest fabrication conditions 11 new machines can now be shipped every month. In addition, the Rubble Master headquarters here in Linz is also the spare parts centre for the whole of central Europe. All RUBBLE MASTER wear parts and spares are available at short notice in original RUBBLE MASTER quality.
Each position within the flat hierarchy structure is held by independent, competent people, who use direct paths of communication and inter-departmental thinking to fully integrate into the overall development process. ”This makes HMH a dynamic organisation that has experienced a real boost with this new building leading to an overall increase in quality from clearly defined workflows and open accessibility. This building has become a mirror of the HMH organisation and culture and an international headquarters for RUBBLE MASTER” explains the owner, Mr. Hanisch.
Highly-motivated partners from all over the world celebrate HMH’s success together
The RUBBLE MASTER partners meeting with representatives from 40 countries world-wide for the official opening of the HMH headquarters at the new location in Südpark Linz was described by the founder and managing director of HMH Engineering-Consulting-Trading GmbH, Gerald Hanisch ”as an impressive indication of the international orientation and absolute commitment of the Rubble Master partners world-wide to the brand name and the products. The dynamic RUBBLE MASTER partners form a compact, homogenous sales organisation. Our partners are efficient, well-known companies who give HMH machines a high profile within the range of products they promote. The international acceptance of RUBBLE MASTER was finally confirmed by signing of agreement with Kolbelco Construction Machinery Co. Ltd for Japan and Southeast Asia.”
RUBBLE MASTER stands for excellent engineering, and for providing customers with high quality advice
”Selling the machine is only a part of the consultation we provide. We are actually more interested in making our customers successful – especially in difficult times. We want to create financially successful users – typical RUBBLE MASTER customers with a firm relationship to the manufacture and our products – reflected in membership of the RUBBLE MASTER Club”, explained the managing director of HMH.
Around 300 customers, potential customers, suppliers and employees came on the second day of the opening to view the in-house show. The main purpose of this show was to lay open and explain the complexities of our machine concept and the organisational structure of our company. We also provided information on special applications for the machinery and the importance of original RUBBLE MASTER wear parts and spares, comprehensive documentation and our direct manufacture service concept.
Enthusiasm and standing ovations for the grand finale, the premier of the RUBBLE MASTER Rhapsody
– composed by the internationally-know multi-media artist Robert Spour with a dance performance by Dance Hotel Vienna choreographed by Bert Gstettner on a stage arranged by Gernot Sommerfeld. The Rubble Master machines provided a rhythmic and pulsating backdrop of sound while a captivating visual masterpiece was projected into a huge screen of white paper columns on the workshop wall; myriad squares breaking away to form pictures and masses of gravel flowing into one another. Four dancers moved through the audience, expressive bodies in shifting shades of light, meeting with suggestive dynamics, warmly welcomed by the onlookers – finally taking over the RM80, the king of the machines in the hall. This dramatic display with the machines was hugely successful and received by the public with enthusiasm.
This arts event was so far the most impressive in the HMH series, founded in October 2001 to promote well-known and lesser-known artists. ”We actually have pretty demanding tastes: we want to produce things that you otherwise normally would not see. I believe that we have managed to achieve that so far,” explained culture vulture Gerald Hanisch. ”We host amazing exhibitions in the HMH art gallery, and from time to time higher budget large scale events such as this. What we achieve here has such an enormous impact and directly affects – more or less as a return on investment – brand communication as a unique style of the company and brand name.”
