red dot 2007 for RUBBLE MASTER Compact Recycler RM100

Following the Design Prize 2007 for the RUBBLE MASTER Compact Recycler RM70 and the BBB Bautechnik Award 2007 for the RM80, another crusher from the internationally successful RUBBLE MASTER range received a highly acclaimed award.

The red dot is one of the oldest and most prestigious awards, and also the international seal of quality in design. With almost 6,000 entries from 52 countries the red dot design award is extremely sought after and standards are as high as you would expect. The red dot is awarded annually by renowned design experts in recognition of outstanding product design, communication design and design quality. The jury bases its decision on criteria such as innovation, functionality, formal quality, ergonomics, the instant recognition of a product and its ecological compatibility. "Promoting and celebrating people with design visions!" – that is the motto of the North Rhine-Westphalia Design Centre who initiated this award 50 years ago. A major instrument for designers and manufacturers to position their quality and design leadership.

HMH / RUBBLE MASTER and designer Norbert Grasberger of Freiform were delighted at the red dot for the RUBBLE MASTER Compact Recycler RM100. The awards ceremony took place on 25 June 2007 at the Aalto Theatre in Essen - followed by the "Designers' Night of the red dot award" in the red dot design museum in the former boiler house of the Zollverein Mine.
